TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Bender Golf Online (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, instructional platform, live sessions, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

 

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

 

 

2. Membership & Subscription

Bender Golf Online is a subscription-based instructional platform.

By subscribing, you agree:

  • To pay the subscription fee associated with your membership plan.

  • That your subscription will automatically renew at the beginning of each billing cycle until canceled.

  • That you authorize us to charge your payment method for each renewal.

  • That pricing and availability may change with notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change our pricing or promotional offerings at any time. Price changes will take effect after at least 30 days’ notice.

 

 

3. In-Person Services & Discounts

Certain membership levels include discounts on in-person lessons, online lessons, or training aids. 

These discounts:

  • Are available only to active subscribers.

  • Cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions.

  • May change or end at any time.

Custom golf school itineraries and pricing are quoted individually and subject to availability.

 

 

4. Live Sessions & Community Conduct

Members may gain access to live instructional sessions and community features.

You agree to:

  • Treat instructors and other members with respect.

  • Not share links, passwords, or any live session content publicly.

  • Not record, copy, or redistribute sessions without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove users who violate these expectations or otherwise disrupt the community.

 

 

5. User Accounts 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Sharing your login with others is strictly prohibited.

If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately.

 

 

6. User-Generated Content (if applicable)

If you submit comments, videos, questions, or other materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your content.

However, by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for educational, community, or promotional purposes related to the Service.

You agree not to post anything unlawful, harassing, or that infringes on others’ rights.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All videos, training materials, lesson breakdowns, drills, graphics, written instruction, and other platform content are owned exclusively by Bender Golf Online and Mike Bender.

All trademarks, logos, and likenesses (including “Mike Bender”) are the property of the Company.

You may view and learn from the content for personal, non-commercial use only — but you may not:

  • Download, copy, or redistribute content.

  • Share your login credentials.

  • Create derivative works or competing products based on our content.

  • Teach or resell our instructional methods commercially.

Violation may result in account termination and possible legal action.

 

 

8. Health & Safety Disclaimer 

Golf involves physical activity. You agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

We are not responsible for injuries or damages that may occur as a result of following drills or instruction.

Always consult a physician before beginning any physical training program.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bender Golf Online and its affiliates, instructors, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. 

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

 

 

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior we determine to be harmful to the community or our business.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

 

 

11. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or within your account).

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, technical issues, or platform maintenance.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of those rights.
